To ensure adequate time and the best possible experience, new clients may be asked to submit recent photos of their hair before their appointment is confirmed. Hair should arrive reasonably detangled and free of excessive matting. Extensive detangling, severe tangling, or additional corrective care is not included in standard service pricing.
